Yaquina Head Beach

This is from our last trip in Sept again.  We went to Yaquina Head Beach.  This is a perfect place to look at tide pool animals.  It was too bad that we got there when the tide was high, so everything was covered with water and they closed up the beach because the seals were out.  Well, we got to see the seals playing and chilling.  The boys went close to the waves, going through the rocks.  They even found some crystals inside the rocks.  I have no idea what kind it is.  They are very pretty.  Caleb kept putting rocks in his mouth, and it was very hard to keep him from doing it.


この写真、また９月の旅行のです。ヤクイナビーチにいったときのです。このビーチはタイドプールにすんでる小動物（アネモネ、ヒトデ、うに、カニなど）を観察するにもってこいなのです。が、ちゃんと引き潮のときに来なかったので全部波の下で見れませんでした。しかもアザラシが岸のほうにきていたので、水場まで降りていけませんでした。でも、ビーチはやっぱり最高です！子供たちは、ベンと一緒に岩をのぼったりしていました。とちゅうで、黄色いきれいなクリスタルをみつけました。ケイラブは、ずっと石ころを口にいれたがって、大変でした。
