snow

We had snow in GA on Friday night!  We were all excited!  We got at least a couple of inches of snow.  We all played outside, doing snow ball fighting etc.  Daniel kept tasting snow.  On the radio, a person was talking about this weather and recommended everyone to stay inside, avoid driving, etc.  Ben had hard time listening to what they were saying, because he's from where there's tons of snow every year.  A lot of stores were closed, too.  We are so glad that we got snow this year, and the children get to experience snow.  It's so beautiful when everything is covered in white snow.


金曜日の夜、なんとジョージアにも雪が降りました。１０－１５センチくらいはつもったでしょうか。みんな、外で雪合戦したり、雪であそびました！ダニエルは雪をよく食べてました。ラジオでは、雪が降っているのでできるだけ運転はせずに家にいましょうーと注意がありました。ベンは雪が良くふるところで生まれ育ったので、ちょっとあきれていました、が。お店もけっこう閉まっていました。でも、ほんと、雪がふってよかったです。子供たちも雪で存分遊べたし。雪景色って、まっしろで、なんともいえない綺麗さです。

Ben made a huge snowman, right in the middle of our culdesac.  Somebody from our neighborhood added arms, hat, and buttons during the night.  Caleb liked leaning against the snowman.

ベンはすっごい大きな雪だるまをつくりました。家の前の袋小路のど真ん中に据えました。すると、夜の間に近所の誰かが雪だるまの腕と帽子とボタンをつけてくれていました。ケイラブは、この大きな雪だるまにしばらくよっかかっていました。
