great lunch idea

I am writing about food again.... Ben made this ladybug pizza for lunch the other day.  We got this recipe from Rachel Ray's Yum-o family cookbook.  You just use English muffins for the crust.  Since we didn't have pesto, we just used spaghetti sauce and tomato paste instead.  Then just put cheese, sliced tomatoes and chopped olives on top, and bake them for 7-8 min at 350F.  So easy and it's very good!  The boys really liked them too.

またまた食べ物ネタですみません。　この間このてんとう虫ピザをランチにつくりました(ベンが)。　これは、レイチェル　レイさんのレシピからでした。　イングリッシュマフィンをピザのクラストにするので簡単です。本当はペストーを使うのですが、なかったのでスパゲッティーソースとトマトペイストをまぜたのを使いました。そしてチーズとトマト、オリーブをのっけて焼くだけです。子供たちは、てんとう虫がすきなので、よろこんで食べていました。
